Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by leading and securing complex Salesforce opportunities for High-Growth, High-Value (HGHV) and key clients
Shape ERM’s Salesforce architecture standards, solution governance, and delivery excellence
Strengthen ERM’s technical brand through client advisory, executive engagement, and thought leadership
Build and develop Salesforce technical capability across regions through mentoring and leadership
Improve operational performance through excellent scoping, architecture quality, and delivery rigor
Requirements
8-12 years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect
Deep hands-on expertise across Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and data architecture)
Demonstrated ability to lead solution architecture, govern technical delivery, and manage technical risk
Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations
Ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership
Track record of meeting billability targets and delivering premium, high-value consulting services
Experience in consulting or professional services environments (preferred)
