Requirements
Certification: ADM201. (One additional cert such as Platform App Builder, Advanced Admin, or Business Analyst is a plus.)
Experience: 2+ years as a Salesforce Admin working in Lightning across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Core platform fundamentals: Solid grasp of Salesforce data model & sharing, validation rules, and reporting.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn and implement new Salesforce features and AI capabilities to enhance business processes.
Good understanding of data relationships and Salesforce data model.
DevOps tooling: Copado, DevOps Centre, or Gearset; basic Git literacy (branches/PRs).
