Provide technical sales support and training for LexisNexis InterAction CRM to legal professionals. Drive adoption, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with sales and client teams.
Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise & support to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process
Perform technical sales support virtually, on customer sites, or on a multiple-site basis
Resolve technical product/service issues
Assist customers during the sales process to maximize benefits from LexisNexis products and services
Support clients in a non-billable capacity to grow adoption and increase success with CRM and Business Development initiatives using InterAction
Build strong team member & client relationships
Collaborate across teams to improve product/service delivery and customer outcomes
Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment
Proven sales and/or training experience
Legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools
Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
Knowledge of CRM technologies & platforms
Ability to build solid relationships internally and externally
Willingness to perform technical sales support virtually, on customer sites, or across multiple sites
