Sales Operations Manager for international sales responsible for CRM administration and operational support. Focusing on global sales teams working with AI-driven security solutions based in Sri Lanka.
Responsibilities
Assist sales as needed for updating the CRM and processing/checking order intake.
Help ensure proposal creation, deliver and receipt.
Book orders and liaise with operations for order fulfillment.
Serve as the primary global contact for CRM system administration (e.g., pipeline management, custom fields, reporting tools) for SARA RVM international sales data.
Implement rigorous data governance and auditing processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of international sales metrics, pipelines, and customer records.
Develop and automate custom international sales reports and dashboards, providing Executive Leadership and Global Sales Directors with key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Minimum of **5 years** of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations for an organization with **significant international sales exposure**.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
Expert-level proficiency in CRM administration and report creation (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Advanced command of data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated ability to understand and manage business processes that span multiple time zones and international sales cultures.
Exceptional written and verbal **English** communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with international executives and sales teams.
