Responsibilities
Do you enjoy interacting with customers, have charm and assertiveness? Then play a crucial role in our new customer acquisition and contribute significantly to our company’s success by arranging appointments for our Sales Managers.
Join our motivated sales team and contribute your sales talents and skills.
You identify new companies in the lifestyle sector (restaurants, wellness, leisure, sports, etc.) and prepare outreach to them.
You approach potential new customers by phone, email, or social media and schedule appointments for our Sales Managers.
In customer conversations you identify customer needs and support our Sales Managers in preparing for meetings.
You record your activities in our CRM system, Salesforce.
You influence your compensation quantitatively through your appointment rate and qualitatively through participation in revenue.
Requirements
A commercial/business qualification or experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage, but career changers are equally welcome.
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
You love interacting with customers and have a friendly personality as well as the ability to communicate our vision to customers and lead conversations in a goal-oriented manner.
A results-oriented working style comes naturally to you and you are constantly seeking new challenges.
An affinity for online channels and familiarity with online marketing round off your profile.
