Responsibilities
Own responsibility from the initial consultation through to a successful close
Conduct advisory meetings with business clients (mostly online via video conference)
Identify risks in the event of an owner’s incapacity and present appropriate solutions (contingency plans, emergency concepts, digital services)
Maintain existing client relationships with a focus on cross- and upselling opportunities
Close collaboration with partner management and marketing to ensure optimal lead handling
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales or consultative selling
Enjoy identifying customer needs and converting them into successful contract closures
Strong communication and closing skills
Independent, structured working style; CRM experience is an advantage
