Responsibilities
You connect tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, web tracking and others to automatically engage leads
You drive the automation and scaling of marketing and account processes and develop data-driven strategies
You analyze funnel data, identify automation opportunities and implement them operationally
You handle the technical setup of new tools, interfaces and integrations in the marketing and account areas
You work closely with the Marketing and SDR teams to establish and continuously improve a targeted lead-nurturing strategy
You monitor every lead in the funnel and ensure we communicate with them using the appropriate messaging
Requirements
You live and breathe sales automation and are passionate about turning ideas into working workflows — ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
You are comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, Make or similar platforms and are willing to dive into webhooks when needed
You enjoy building processes and constantly questioning, streamlining and smartly linking them together
You work in a data-driven way but always prioritize pragmatic solutions we can implement quickly and sensibly
You can clearly communicate technical requirements and bring structure to complex systems
You communicate confidently and reliably — in German and English — with various stakeholders
