About the role
- Revenue Analyst for PTG Consulting optimizing hotel client revenue technology. Managing analytics, troubleshooting systems, and collaborating with revenue management team.
Responsibilities
- Consistently manage, analyze and deliver hotel statistical reports.
- Prepare all required content, statistics and information for the weekly client revenue meetings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve revenue related technology challenges.
- Be the go-to person to provide knowledge and expertise on various PMSs, CRSs, RMSs and their related interfaces.
- Load and manage rate codes in all applicable systems, including rate configuration, rate pricing, rate mapping and rate optimization.
- Assist the PTG Consulting Division with consulting projects as it relates to Revenue Management & Distribution Services.
Requirements
- Minimum two years on-property front office or reservations experience is required.
- Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of various PMSs and CRS systems is required.
- Excellent relationship building skills; customer service oriented; ability to manage multiple tasks; analytical ability to interpret statistical data.
- Completion of HSMAI’s Certified Revenue Management Analyst (CRMA) {to be complete within 8-months if new hire}.
