Responsibilities
Ensure that products meet the highest standards, are safe, and interoperable
Act as the central interface between the development department, product management, and the homologation department
Identify and analyze functional and non-functional requirements
Verify and validate requirements in coordination with stakeholders
Structure, document, and maintain requirements
Responsible for creating, maintaining, and controlling baselines
Evaluate QA feedback and document new requirements
Ensure traceability and change tracking
Coordinate with the system architect to ensure technical consistency
Support the system engineer in clarifying requirements
Requirements
Degree in engineering, computer science, technical documentation, or a related field
Solid experience in requirements engineering, ideally within regulated industries
Knowledge of requirements management methods and tools
Certification such as IREB CPRE is a plus
Understanding of technical and regulatory contexts
Familiarity with relevant norms and standards (e.g., ISO, IEC, Automotive SPICE)
Ability to document and analyze in a structured manner
