About the role
- Quality Assurance Engineer testing Salesforce applications and integrations at Top Employers Institute. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Analyse business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test cases.
- Works with the developers, product owners, and other team members to ensure quality deliverables.
- Actively contributes in sprint ceremonies: refinements, planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Delivers concise documentation of test results.
- Exchange knowledge and ideas with other team members.
- Help us setup test automation tools to make Salesforce testing more efficient.
- Perform testing of Salesforce applications, including community cloud, and integrations.
- Execute test cases and document results, defects, and issues using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Conduct regression, functional, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
- Setup automation testing platform and tool.
Requirements
- Fluent in English (written & verbal), other languages are plus.
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 4+ years’ experience with hands-on experience testing Salesforce applications including integrations
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Good functional understanding of the Salesforce platform.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with automation tools compatible with Salesforce like Selenium is a plus
- Knowledge of SOQL.
