• QA Engineer (Mobile) ensuring quality and performance of mobile applications at Turkey’s leading travel marketplace. Collaborating with developers, mentoring juniors, and driving technical innovation.

Responsibilities

• **What Will You Do?******Mobile Test Development & Automation**
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for iOS and Android apps using BrowserStack, LambdaTest, or XCUITest, Maestro
• Collaborate with mobile developers to identify edge cases and performance bottlenecks
• Create and manage end-to-end test scenarios, including functional, regression, and usability testing
• Develop API automation suites (RestAssured, Postman) integrated into CI/CD pipelines
• Generate detailed test reports and track test results using Allure or similar tools
• **Quality Leadership**
• Establish and enforce mobile testing standards and best practices within the team
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing QA insights early in the development cycle
• Lead test strategy discussions for mobile projects, ensuring high-quality releases
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and drive process improvements
• Ensure consistency and stability across different mobile devices, OS versions, and screen sizes
• **Collaboration & Mentoring**
• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to align testing goals with user expectations
• Mentor junior QA engineers in mobile testing techniques and automation best practices
• Collaborate within the Mobile Team to continuously enhance testing frameworks and pipelines
• **Technical Innovation**
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in mobile QA, test automation, and AI-driven testing
• Experiment with AI-assisted testing tools and contribute to innovation initiatives
• Propose and implement performance and reliability improvements in test automation workflows

Requirements

• **What Makes You Special?****We are looking for an experienced Mobile QA Engineer who is passionate about ensuring the quality and performance of mobile applications. You’ll bring:**
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in mobile testing, preferably in both Android and iOS environments
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX principles, and responsive design testing
• Experience in test automation frameworks such as Appium, BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Espresso, or XCUITest
• Familiarity with Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for hybrid web/mobile testing
• Solid understanding of API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitLab)
• Experience in Python
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
