- Collaborate with technical, sales, and finance teams for project data and pricing.
- Draft and align technical and commercial documentation with client specifications.
- Support processes in cost estimation and solution design.
- Maintain updated proposal databases, templates, and documentation.
- Ensure effective client communication for clarifications and submissions.
Requirements
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tenders to prepare accurate and competitive proposals.
- Collaborate with technical, sales, and finance teams to gather project data and pricing inputs.
- Draft technical and commercial documentation aligned with client specifications.
- Support cost estimation and solution design processes.
- Maintain proposal databases, templates, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with clients for clarifications and submissions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in proposal or presales engineering (preferably tech/IT/industrial automation).
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
- Familiarity with tender processes or ERP systems is a plus.
