- Take full independent responsibility for managing and overseeing your own property portfolio
- Using innovative digital solutions, independently manage rental properties, communal areas and individual condominium units
- Coordinate the commissioning and supervision of repair works and service contracts independently to ensure smooth property operations
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
- Plan and conduct owners' (homeowners') meetings independently
- Work closely with the property advisory boards and homeowners to understand and meet their needs
- Perform document checks and property inspections to ensure and improve the quality of our services
- Ensure service provider quality through property inspections and documentation checks
