About the role

Requirements
- Professional experience in a similar role with a focus on building services (TGA)
- Ideally experience in heating, ventilation, sanitary/plumbing or air conditioning, or specialization in one of these areas
- Degree in engineering or state-certified technician/master craftsman qualification in heating, ventilation, sanitary or air conditioning (HLSK)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in project leadership / project management / project coordination
- Strong communication skills and an appreciative interpersonal approach
- Proficient in common MS Office applications
- Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
- Valid work permit for Germany (required for non-EU applicants)
