Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture, alternatively qualified as a Construction Technician (m/f/d) or equivalent
- Experience in project leadership and control, especially in residential construction
- Confident user of MS Office, MS Project and estimating/tendering software
- Knowledge of VOB; knowledge of HOAI is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, cost awareness and negotiation skills
- Team player with an independent working style
