Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years accounting (project-based construction/engineering preferred)
- Strong GAAP and job-cost accounting knowledge
- Proficiency with project accounting software (Deltek preferred) and Microsoft Office
- Detail orientation and problem-solving
- Collaborative style—comfortable working across disciplines and with clients
