Responsibilities
Collect, analyze and put together critical information on thermal management systems for various products and applications
Conduct competitive analysis to validate design performance and identify areas for improvement working with the product design team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure the crucial and relevant information is always in place
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in thermal engineering
Partner directly with the Thermal Management Business Unit, Finance, Sales, and Sales Operations to support pricing initiatives
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
2+ years in technical, product service, strategic planning, sales, marketing or directly related experience
Strong business acumen and ability to act as a leader for the products being covered
Ability to quickly develop cross-functional relationships to achieve business objectives
Technical expertise to translate stakeholder needs/pain points to solutions
