Responsibilities
Lead integration initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Contracting, and Support systems
Drive system and data integration strategies for high-priority initiatives and recent acquisitions
Navigate the needs of multiple cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain critical artifacts such as Market Problem Statements, Roadmaps, and Epics
Define initiatives from Concept Accept to Project Plan Commit
Collaborate with other product managers to build the strategic roadmap
Coordinate with DX business and Adobe Technology Services (IT)
Lead pivotal initiatives and major capability improvements
Translate business requirements into Agile epics and user stories
Requirements
5+ years of Product Management experience
2-3 years implementing sales processes (e.g., M2L, L2Q, or Q2C, or similar)
Strong experience with data lineage and governance across platforms
Experience with system transformations and data integrations
Proven ability to develop and communicate strategic roadmaps
Proficient with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Experience working in CRMs, ideally within a SaaS-based E2E enterprise
Familiarity with marketing, sales, or support platforms
Outstanding communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Bachelor's degree required.
Preferred: Experience or interest in AI product management and predictive analytics solutions.
