Product Manager II responsible for enhancing inflight entertainment and connectivity experiences while leading technical development and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Lead ideation efforts, technical development, and launches of innovative IFEC products and services
Assist in establishing a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to execution
Gather and transform business and airline needs into product requirements efficiently
Drive platform development with a team of world-class engineers, product designers, and cross-functional partners
Input into short-term and long-term product roadmaps
Ensure products that are being created have the long-term operational plan defined
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into platform requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Understand the IFEC, Consumer Technology, and Entertainment Technology market
Understand our competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry and capture the voice of the customer
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or equivalent experience in a related field
3-6 years of experience working in Product Management or Product Development
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of Product Management tools such as A-Ha, JAMA, Jira and wireframing software highly desired
