- Help enforce sourcing policies and support cost optimization efforts
- Complete contract templates accurately and efficiently

- Contribute to the digitalization and automation of procurement processes
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution

Requirements

- Very good use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to navigate and utilize various functions and features
- A solid grasp of time management, allowing you to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently allocate resources
- An open mindset towards learning and a willingness to explore and implement new approaches, techniques, and tools
- A collaborative nature and the ability to effectively work as part of a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment
