About the role

  • Assistente de Compras managing contracts and supplier relations in healthcare services at Hospital Care. Enhancing the procurement process for a better healthcare system in Brazil.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supply contracts using the Benner platform;
  • Monitor new contract requests submitted by buyers;
  • Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) in coordination with Hospital Care's legal department;
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers, legal, procurement and the contract manager to ensure contracts are signed within deadlines;
  • Track and report on various performance indicators.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required;
  • Completed or in-progress university degree will be a plus;
  • Previous experience in procurement/purchasing is desirable;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
  • Knowledge of the Benner system is desirable;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site);
  • Reside in Campinas or the surrounding area.
