Responsibilities
Expense Management: Process and post employee expense reports using Concur, ensuring legitimacy, accurate account reconciliation, and validation of corrections in line with standard procedures.
Operational Activities: Execute T&E operations following documented procedures, resolve defined errors, and meet performance targets related to accuracy, timeliness, and data quality.
System & Data Integrity: Ensure high-quality service delivery by maintaining accurate data processing and supporting the upkeep of system functionality and compliance.
User Experience & Support: Communicate daily with internal and external stakeholders through established channels, addressing inquiries and providing timely, high-quality support.
Continuous Improvement: Collect user feedback to identify improvement opportunities, propose updates to documentation, and expand knowledge of policies, procedures, and tools.
Requirements
Degree in Purchasing, Business Management or a relevant domain
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Procurement or Accounting environment
Analytical & Technical Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze large volumes of data, identify opportunities, and ensure data accuracy. Proficient in SAP ERP and T&E tools.
Process & Organizational Skills: Skilled in formalizing processes and documentation, with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures.
Collaboration & Communication: Customer-focused and agile, with excellent English communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
