Responsibilities

• Map, analyze, and model existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing innovative solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring standardization and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports, tracking the effectiveness of implemented actions and continuous improvement.
• Lead process improvement projects from diagnosis through implementation and follow-up on results.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in process management.
• Interact with different areas of the company, seeking alignment and collaboration to achieve results.
• Use process modeling tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect) and project management methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process analysis and optimization, preferably in technology companies.
• Knowledge of process management methodologies.
• Skill in process modeling and use of modeling tools.
• Analytical mindset and ability to identify improvement opportunities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Conversational Spanish is a plus.
