- Portobello Shop seeks a Process Analyst for mapping and redesigning processes in retail. Collaborate on efficiency improvements and automation initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Map, design and update processes for partner areas, ensuring end-to-end visibility and appropriate documentation.
- Identify improvement opportunities through process analysis, data, metrics and feedback from stakeholders.
- Conduct diagnostics and facilitate continuous improvement workshops focused on gains in efficiency, quality or experience.
- Support initiatives to simplify and automate processes, in partnership with technical and operational teams.
- Work with business areas to prioritize and implement improvements, monitoring results and ensuring sustainability.
- Support the development and evolution of process policies, flows and governance.
- Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders to build integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Previous experience with process mapping and redesign
- Experience with projects or initiatives in continuous improvement, such as Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.
- Strong critical analysis skills, clear communication and ability to work collaboratively.
- Knowledge of mapping tools (such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, etc.).
- Desirable: knowledge of performance indicators (KPIs), change management and process automation.
