Responsibilities
Support your unit’s manager by providing subject matter expertise to practitioners
Coordinate and mentor a group of highly experienced professionals
Develop your practice area and serve as its leading expert
Produce and organize complex strategic work and deliverables
Provide expert support and mentoring with respect to analysis, strategy development, personalized approaches and case management
Help professionals in your unit develop their skills
Help plan and manage your unit’s priorities and assign employees to projects and initiatives
Ensure that practices, processes, methodologies and tools are used properly and efficiently to achieve your unit’s objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
