Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze daily production and performance of photovoltaic power plants
Analyze malfunctions, propose solutions and corrective/improvement actions
Prepare technical and financial performance reports
Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of installations
Manage day-to-day operations of solar plants
Actively contribute to the department's activities
Onboard installations in the monitoring tool
Track preventive and corrective maintenance operations according to the planned schedule
Monitor cleaning operations and handle associated administrative tasks
Follow up on after-sales service and warranty claims (notably manufacturer warranties)
Equipment quality control
Define recommended stock/inventory levels
Establish partnerships for maintenance of remote plants
Conduct audits and performance analyses of the plants
Monitor performance and both gross and contractual availability
Ensure maintenance/validity of manufacturer warranties
Perform technical audits of maintenance procedures
Ensure compliance with contractual commitments
Establish and manage the contractual relationship with clients
Implement maintenance and operations contracts.
Requirements
Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally from an engineering school
Knowledge of the photovoltaic sector
Ability to manage the performance of an assigned portfolio
Ability to analyze a plant's production
Technical knowledge of project management (costs, timelines, scheduling, budgets)
Use and interpret data from our supervision platform (Synaptic)
Rigorous and organized
Strong communicator with excellent oral and written skills
