About the role
- Analista de Departamento Pessoal ensuring payroll and labor law compliance at FuelTech. Supporting team in improving HR processes and managing employee benefits.
Responsibilities
- Execute payroll processing, including statutory charges, variable pay items and final reconciliation;
- Submit legal obligations through eSocial and EFD-Reinf;
- Support payroll accounting (provisions and journal entries);
- Manage vacations, legally-mandated leaves, hires and terminations;
- Generate collection/payment slips for contributions (INSS, FGTS, union taxes);
- Prepare management reports focused on HR KPIs and legal compliance;
- Work on process improvements for the department's routines;
- Execute and verify timekeeping routines (electronic and manual);
- Administer benefits (requests, verification and reconciliation);
- Assist and advise employees on payroll, benefits and labor law matters;
- Maintain organization, digitization and filing of labor documents, following LGPD and compliance best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience with the routines and responsibilities of the role;
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll-related charges;
- Experience with Protheus Totvs payroll system (formerly Microsiga) is a plus;
- Analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
