Responsibilities
Execute payroll processing, including statutory charges, variable pay items and final reconciliation;
Submit legal obligations through eSocial and EFD-Reinf;
Support payroll accounting (provisions and journal entries);
Manage vacations, legally-mandated leaves, hires and terminations;
Generate collection/payment slips for contributions (INSS, FGTS, union taxes);
Prepare management reports focused on HR KPIs and legal compliance;
Work on process improvements for the department's routines;
Execute and verify timekeeping routines (electronic and manual);
Administer benefits (requests, verification and reconciliation);
Assist and advise employees on payroll, benefits and labor law matters;
Maintain organization, digitization and filing of labor documents, following LGPD and compliance best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
Experience with the routines and responsibilities of the role;
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll-related charges;
Experience with Protheus Totvs payroll system (formerly Microsiga) is a plus;
Analytical skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
