Responsibilities
Travel to pre-set, company-provided appointments—no cold calling or door knocking
Conduct in-home consultations and product demonstrations
Provide custom pricing and walk homeowners through project details
Use a proven, value-based sales process to build trust and close the sale
Attend regular training sessions and team meetings
Requirements
Valid driver’s license (required)
Willing to travel up to 2 hours for appointments (required)
Able to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of product samples (required)
Tech-savvy and comfortable using an iPad
Previous outside/in-home sales experience is a plus
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to succeed
