About the role
- Senior Operations Manager responsible for managing daily business operations across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels. Coordinating with 3PL providers and internal teams in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage wholesale order processing, ensuring compliance with account routing guides and EDI requirements
- Coordinate with sales, planning, and logistics teams to align inventory availability with wholesale demand
- Monitor account-level performance, resolving chargeback risks or shipping issues proactively
- Oversee store operations support, including ordering supplies, managing devices, and coordinating with vendors on hardware/software needs
- Oversee DTC order fulfillment, returns processing, and escalations in partnership with 3PL
- Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure operational readiness for promotions, product launches, and peak seasons
- Track and report on key eCommerce KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, return rates, etc.)
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of operations or supply chain experience in wholesale, retail, and/or eCommerce
- Strong knowledge of 3PL/WMS/ERP systems, EDI workflows, Shopify Plus, Dept Store Vendor Portals, inventory management and tech tack
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Good project management skills and cross-functional SOP process creation
- Experience in omnichannel retail operations
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
