Senior Operations Manager responsible for managing daily business operations across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels. Coordinating with 3PL providers and internal teams in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
Manage wholesale order processing, ensuring compliance with account routing guides and EDI requirements
Coordinate with sales, planning, and logistics teams to align inventory availability with wholesale demand
Monitor account-level performance, resolving chargeback risks or shipping issues proactively
Oversee store operations support, including ordering supplies, managing devices, and coordinating with vendors on hardware/software needs
Oversee DTC order fulfillment, returns processing, and escalations in partnership with 3PL
Partner with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure operational readiness for promotions, product launches, and peak seasons
Track and report on key eCommerce KPIs (order accuracy, fulfillment speed, return rates, etc.)
Requirements
3–5+ years of operations or supply chain experience in wholesale, retail, and/or eCommerce
Strong knowledge of 3PL/WMS/ERP systems, EDI workflows, Shopify Plus, Dept Store Vendor Portals, inventory management and tech tack
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
Good project management skills and cross-functional SOP process creation
Experience in omnichannel retail operations
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
