Responsibilities

- Use our bespoke software to track a property's journey and update the database accordingly.
- Resolve disputes in a fair and professional manner.
- Assist the Operations Team with administrative duties when required.
Requirements
- Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise, often switching quickly between tasks
- High level of accuracy, following processes and managing queries efficiently
- Ability to calmly handle issues/complaints and find solutions
- Comfortable Speaking over the phone, providing a high level of customer experience.
- Excellent writing and numerical skills
- Some previous experience in a similar position
