Onboarding Property Manager facilitating the transition of landlord portfolios at LRG. Focused on relationship-building, accurate documentation, and collaboration with internal teams in property management.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new property portfolios with passion and precision
Build strong, respectful relationships with landlords by communicating clearly and professionally
Support the Lettings team by consistently updating them on onboarding progress
Proactively track onboarding milestones and monitor property portfolio statuses
Compile accurate weekly reports detailing onboarding progress and flag any outstanding documentation
Collaborate with internal departments to uphold robust onboarding processes
Carry out a range of general administration duties with integrity and attention to detail
Requirements
Previous experience in property management (preferred but not essential)
Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks and timelines
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Competency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Experience with Reapit (preferred but not essential)
