About the role
- Onboarding Property Manager facilitating the transition of landlord portfolios at LRG. Focused on relationship-building, accurate documentation, and collaboration with internal teams in property management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new property portfolios with passion and precision
- Build strong, respectful relationships with landlords by communicating clearly and professionally
- Support the Lettings team by consistently updating them on onboarding progress
- Proactively track onboarding milestones and monitor property portfolio statuses
- Compile accurate weekly reports detailing onboarding progress and flag any outstanding documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to uphold robust onboarding processes
- Carry out a range of general administration duties with integrity and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in property management (preferred but not essential)
- Proven ability to manage complex administrative tasks and timelines
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Experience with Reapit (preferred but not essential)
