About the role

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules from scratch to meet business needs.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Develop and integrate new functionalities, workflows, and business processes in Odoo.
- Maintain and enhance existing Odoo modules to ensure system stability and performance.
- Perform debugging, testing, and deployment of customizations and new features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the Odoo system.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and modifications for future reference.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing Odoo modules from scratch.
- Strong understanding of Odoo framework, architecture, and ORM.
- Proficiency in Python programming language and its integration with Odoo.
- Experience with PostgreSQL database and its optimization for Odoo.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Odoo customization.
- Knowledge of Odoo APIs and ability to integrate third-party systems.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other DevOps tools for Odoo deployment.
