About the role
- NPL Manager managing Non-Performing Loan portfolio at TF Bank; overseeing transactions and enhancing performance through strategic leadership and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the NPL strategy, ensuring effective management of the NPL portfolio.
- Oversee NPL portfolio activities, including sales as one-offs or through Forward Flow agreements to maximize value.
- Lead end-to-end transaction processes—engaging investors, structuring deals, and overseeing due diligence and closure.
- Collaborate with Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to enhance performance through data-driven strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the bank’s NPL management toolkit to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights from NPL collections data to support effective decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in managing large, complex transactions and projects in banking or NPL-related field.
- Experience in structuring financial transactions.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science /or a strong experience in financial sector.
- Expertise in analyzing Debt Collection Agencies performance to maximize collection efficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
