Responsibilities
Assist in the configuration, management, and support of network and security infrastructure across enterprise and cloud environments.
Support, configure, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN solutions.
Assist in the administration of WAN, LAN, Cloud, and remote connectivity environments.
Upgrade and patch network and firewall gear to mitigate vulnerabilities reported by the Security team.
Monitor and maintain network and firewall performance, applying updates and configuration improvements as needed.
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to implement and maintain secure network designs and configurations.
Support incident response and problem resolution related to network or security events.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, topologies, and procedures.
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity best practices and frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls, etc.).
Participate in network infrastructure and SD-WAN/SASE implementation projects.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
2–5 years of experience in network administration or network security.
Working knowledge of next-generation firewalls (NGFW), ACLs, VPNs, and routing protocols.
Experience supporting WAN connectivity and remote access solutions (e.g., IPsec, SD-WAN/SASE).
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
