Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the field for Level 1
- 4-7 years of experience in the field for Level 2
- 8 or more years of experience for Level 3.
- Good understanding of how networks work.
- Knowledge of network models like OSI or TCP/IP.
- Experience using multiple tools to check and fix network issues.
- Expertise in keeping networks safe and secure.
- Experience with advanced service provider and WAN router configurations.
- Experience with network management and monitoring systems and diagnostic tools.
- Knowledge of fiber optic wiring, transceiver troubleshooting, and operating network test equipment.
- Experience with Next-Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS) and Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
