Improve fabrication processes and fabricate superconducting circuits in a cleanroom; characterize devices, analyze data, and support nanofabrication facility operations.
Responsibilities
Improve the current fabrication process to increase the quality and parameters reproducibility
Fabricate superconducting circuits in a cleanroom environment
Perform characterization of manufactured devices (SEM, AFM, basic room temperature measurements, etc.)
Conduct data analysis and write reports to the rest of the company, to help the definition of DoE and improvement plan
Stay up to date, in the state-of-the-art fabrication process of Superconducting Qubit.
Participate in the operation of our future nanofab facilty by taking the responsibility of one or two proces equipment.
Identify and implement improvements in hardware capabilities to enhance production efficiency.
Requirements
**Educational Background**: A phd or master’s degree in nanofabrication, physical characterization, semiconductors or equivalent
**Experience**: 3+ of cleanroom experience
**Technical Skills**:
100 kV Ebeam lithography
Laser lithography, wet and dry chemical etching, thin film deposition
Material and device characterization methods
