About the role

• Engineer creating and leading a new Business Unit focused on innovative AI solutions for a consulting company. Collaborate with management to develop business strategies and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative AI tools.
• Analyze internal workflows (reporting, approvals, tracking) to identify efficiency gains.
• Design, test and optimize complex prompts for internal use cases (HR, sales, operations) and external clients (industrial customers).
• Develop AI agents (Copilot, GPT-based assistants, specialized assistants) tailored to business needs, in collaboration with technical teams.
• Prototype AI tools and validate their relevance with management before deployment.
• Support teams in adopting the tools (training, documentation, support).
• Create and lead this disruptive Business Unit.
• Work closely with executive management to define the BU strategy: target customers, business models, and product roadmap.
• Identify AI-related business opportunities in engineering, technical support, and recruitment sectors.
• Drive team capability development (hiring, training, management) to ensure the BU’s growth.
• Support Sales in integrating AI tools into their daily activities (prospecting, negotiation, client follow-up).
• Contribute to acquiring new clients by presenting AI solutions as a lever for performance and innovation.
• Negotiate contracts (price, terms, clauses) and monitor client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must hold a degree from a top engineering school (e.g., École Polytechnique, Mines, Centrale, Ponts) or a top business school (e.g., HEC, ESSEC, ESCP) with a combined Tech/Business profile.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in launching and building innovative projects in the AI field.
• Strong enthusiasm for generative AI, conversational agents and process automation.
• Proven experience in developing digital tools (Power Platform, Python, no-code) or in digital transformation consulting is mandatory.
• Solid business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into concrete technical solutions.
