About the role
- Multimedia Producer joining Bizzdesign's marketing team to produce engaging visual and audio content. Involves photography, videography, and AI tool integration for branding and campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality images for headshots, events, product showcases, and brand campaigns
- Storyboard, film, and edit videos for product explainers, customer stories, social content, and event coverage
- Ensure consistent visual style aligned with Bizzdesign’s brand guidelines
- Record, edit, and mix audio for podcasts, webinars, and video content
- Apply noise reduction, EQ, compression, and mastering techniques for professional sound quality
- Collaborate on podcast formats, scripts, and creative direction
- Identify, test, and recommend AI tools that improve productivity and enhance content quality
- Handle end-to-end production, including location scouting, lighting, sound, and post-production
- Organize and manage the company’s media library for easy access and reuse
- Partner with marketing and design teams to integrate visual and audio content into campaigns
- Provide coverage for global events, including conferences, exhibitions, and webinars
- Travel as required to capture in-person content across key locations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography, videography, and audio editing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Audition)
- Motion graphics or animation skills
- Strong knowledge of lighting, composition, sound recording, and mixing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to identify and use AI tools to improve creative workflows
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Willing and able to travel internationally for shoots and events
- Preferably have experience producing B2B content, especially in technology or enterprise software sectors
- Preferably have an understanding of SEO and social media best practices for multimedia content.
