About the role
- Network Analyst responsible for maintaining technical solutions and evolving network architectures for Claranet. Collaborating with engineering teams and integrating new technologies.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge in configuration and troubleshooting of routing technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP and OSPF;
- Knowledge in configuration and troubleshooting of L2 technologies, including STP, MST and LACP;
- Knowledge and experience with Fortinet security platforms, FortiAP, FortiSwitch and Cisco devices;
- Experience analyzing issues in Proxy, Firewall, IPS, WAF, VPN, IPsec and SSL/TLS;
- Experience working in mission-critical environments (high business impact; operating under constant pressure);
- Desirable knowledge of private and public clouds (AWS, Azure and GCP);
- Ability to establish trusted relationships with client and vendor teams;
- Ability to work well in a team;

- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong knowledge of networking and security protocols;
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. Postgraduate studies in Cybersecurity or related areas are desirable.
- Certifications: Cybersecurity certifications such as FCA, FCF, FCP, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE5 and NSE7 are assets.
- Training: Courses in cybersecurity, cloud security, risk analysis and incident management.
- Language level: Basic to Intermediate English;
- Specific skills: ITSM tools, ticket management and project demand management;
