About the role

• Market Analyst responsible for market analyses and client prospecting to drive growth for Sebrae RS. Develop partnerships and promote networking to enhance the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market analyses to identify trends, business opportunities and customer needs;
• Provide specialized technical consultancy and guidance to enterprises and partners;
• Actively prospect clients and partners, developing outreach strategies;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of Sebrae RS projects;
• Prepare and present reports, economic feasibility studies and business plans;
• Plan and coordinate relationship strategies with partners, government agencies and private entities;
• Promote networking among entrepreneurs;
• Attend strategic meetings and events representing Sebrae RS;
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of developed actions and programs;
• Keep up to date with market trends and innovations;
• Facilitate connections between clients and partners;
• Build and strengthen a network of relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or related fields.
• Additional qualifications: Postgraduate degree or specialization in business, entrepreneurship or related areas.
• Experience in institutional engagement.
• Client prospecting experience.
• Relationship management.
• Business consulting and advisory, market mapping and analysis.
• Business management with critical analysis skills and strategic vision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of trends and practices in the entrepreneurial market.
• Knowledge of government policies and programs related to entrepreneurship.
• Techniques in business consulting and advisory.
• Mandatory possession of a Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), category B.
