About the role

• Digital Marketing Analyst promoting the mission of a fitness technology company. Managing digital paid media channels like Google Ads and optimizing for sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and optimization of paid media channels such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram);
• Closely monitor sales figures, CPA and ROAS, helping to identify opportunities for improvement;
• Collaborate in the creation and testing of new ads and messaging (copy), always focusing on how to attract more people;
• Assist in data and metrics analysis to understand user behavior;
• Actively participate in the campaign optimization process to achieve sales targets;
• Work closely with creative teams to bring ideas to life and test new formats;
• Contribute to identifying trends and new opportunities in the digital market;
• Learn and apply best practices to attract and convert users to our products.

Requirements

• Passion for digital marketing and paid media;
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment;
• Proactive attitude to seek solutions and a willingness to get hands-on;
• Interest in data and metrics, even if you don't yet have advanced experience;
• Basic knowledge of or curiosity about tools such as Google Analytics and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets);
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Curious and inquisitive mindset, always seeking to understand the “why” behind things;
• Resilience to handle challenges and learn from mistakes.
