Responsibilities
Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned mid-level and small clients

Coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and digital teams
Track project status and flag potential issues before they become problems
Ensure quality control on all client-facing materials and deliverables

Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and distribute action items
Handle billing coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking
Maintain organized client files and documentation
Generate regular status reports and performance updates
Research industry trends, competitors, and market insights
Contribute to creative briefs and campaign planning
Translate client requests into actionable creative direction
Present ideas and recommendations to clients with confidence
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
1-3 years of marketing, agency or client side services experience (internships count!)
Dynamic personality with natural relationship-building skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
