About the role
- Managing Consultant in IT-Service Management identifying client IT organization challenges and developing solutions. Leading project teams and optimizing IT service processes with a focus on individual client needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify the challenges within our clients’ IT organizations and jointly develop tailored solutions in the area of IT Service Management
- Optimize IT Service Management by defining relevant processes and value streams and ensuring their continuous improvement
- Further develop our consulting offerings by contributing experience and new methods
- Provide technical leadership to other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience in IT Service Management, or professional experience as an IT Service Manager / Head of IT
- Comprehensive understanding of frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT
- Highly independent and responsible working style, even in challenging situations
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
