About the role
- PMO Manager leading project management office initiatives at NTT DATA. Overseeing projects aligning with strategic objectives and ensuring methodological follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Responsable hiérarchique de l’ensemble des chefs de projet. (Équipe de 15 personnes)
- Participe à la sélection et au cadrage des nouveaux projets avec les PS Manager.
- Définir et maintenir les standards, outils et processus de gestion de projet.
- Mettre en place des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et produire des reportings réguliers à destination de la direction.
- Identifier les risques transverses et proposer des plans d’action.
- Coanimer avec les Chefs de projet les comités de pilotage des projets stratégiques.
- Être le premier niveau d’escalade sur l’ensemble des projets.
- Responsable du P&L et des forecasts PMO.
- Superviser le portefeuille de projets : priorisation, allocation des ressources, suivi des budgets et des délais.
- Consolider les données des projets (avancement, risques, coûts…).
- Produire des tableaux de bord pour la direction.
- Accompagner les chefs de projet dans l’application des méthodologies (Agile, Cycle en V, hybride…).
- Former et coacher sur les bonnes pratiques.
- Assurer la capitalisation des connaissances et le retour d’expérience (REX).
Requirements
- Formation Bac+5 en gestion de projet, ingénierie, informatique ou école de commerce.
- Expérience significative (7 à 10 ans) en gestion de projets ou en PMO.
- Expérience dans un environnement multi-projets ou international appréciée.
- Certification PMP, Prince2 ou Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe…) est un plus.
