Responsibilities
Drive analytics-based execution of agile supply chain strategies across distribution, sourcing, production, and inventory flow.
Use AI-driven models to streamline inventory movement across distribution centers, on-demand manufacturing, and third-party partners.
Apply machine learning and Agentic AI to uncover cost-saving opportunities in labor, production, storage, and inventory holding.
Monitor and improve key service metrics such as order cycle time, fill rate, and in-stock using predictive analytics.
Leverage analytical solutions to understand and optimize Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
Work closely with Merch Planning, Operations, and Technology teams to align analytics with execution priorities.
Develop AI-powered dashboards and reporting tools to track execution metrics, identify trends, and support continuous improvement.
Champion automation of analytics workflows and decision-support tools using Agentic AI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or related field; MS or advanced degree preferred.
Benefits
5+ years in supply chain analytics, strategy, or operations roles, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
2+ years of proven success in leading agile execution projects and/or cross-functional initiatives.
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics platforms (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, MicroStrategy) and enterprise systems.
Experience with Supply chain planning platforms (e.g., o9 solutions, Kinaxis).
Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and Agentic AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making.
