Responsibilities
Lead the mapping of all processes within the Connected PBM Ecosystem
Evaluate current processes using the DMAIC framework to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
Oversee the implementation of new business processes and ensure seamless integration across workstreams
Support the development of capability models, customer journey maps, and value stream maps
Collaborate with business architects, IT leads, and solution owners
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
Deliver training and support for new program implementations and process changes
Requirements
5+ years of experience in process engineering, business architecture, or operations management
Proven experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, DMAIC)
Strong understanding/experience with UX/UI principles and their integration into business processes
Experience communicating and engaging with both leadership and stakeholders
