About the role
- Internship supporting M&A and Strategy projects at Education Partners. Assisting in financial modeling, market analyses, and strategic development.
Responsibilities
- Support on M&A projects: assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets
- Strategy development: contribute to the development and implementation of corporate strategies
- Due diligence: support the execution of due diligence reviews in collaboration with internal teams and external advisors
- Financial modeling: build and maintain financial models for company valuations
- Market and competitive analysis: conduct research and analyses to support strategic decisions
- Presentations: prepare presentations and reports for management and investors
Requirements
- Ongoing (ideally final semester) or completed degree in Economics/Business Administration, Computer Science, a STEM discipline, or a comparable program
- Ability to interpret complex quantitative and qualitative data and derive well-founded strategic recommendations
- Initial practical experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, Artificial Intelligence, or Strategy Consulting
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with ChatGPT
- High level of motivation, strong teamwork skills, and a proactive working style
