- Control and monitoring of transport requests (material deliveries and pickups, inventory transfers, loading, and transport tracking);
- Development and control of fleet indicators, workflows, and costs;

- Management of service SLAs provided to clients (internal and external);
- Monitoring and management of discrepancies;
- Participation in alignment meetings for department projects;
- Analysis of reports (orders and deliveries).
Requirements
- Higher education in progress or completed in Business Administration, Logistics, or Engineering;
- Solid experience in logistics;
- Experience in transportation (service contracting, scheduling, and management);
- Negotiation skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good communication;
- Microsoft Office — intermediate Excel;
- Experience with computerized systems.
