About the role
- Localisation Coordinator helping to bring Frontier’s games to life in multiple languages. Collaborating with localisation, game development, and marketing teams to ensure accurate and creative translations.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of specific localisation processes and project areas, including voice recording.
- Coordinating with external vendors to manage translation workflows and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve localisation-related issues.
- Performing quality checks on translated content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Translating marketing and in-game text when required.
- Supporting other departments with language-related queries.
- Maintaining and updating localisation documentation and training materials.
- Using localisation tools and software to manage and implement translations.
- Keeping project tracking tools up to date with localisation progress.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and at least one other language (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong understanding of the challenges involved in transcreation of marketing content
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- A passion for languages and a collaborative, can-do attitude
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Previous experience in the video games or localisation industry.
