- Support entity management and corporate governance activities, including maintaining subsidiary records, board materials, and filings.

Requirements
- Meaningful experience supporting legal teams, either in-house or at a law firm.
- Strong understanding of legal department functions and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with legal technology platforms (e.g., Ironclad, Jira, etc.)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with strong interpersonal abilities.
